- When will my Danielle B. purchase process and ship?Â
- If the item you ordered is in stock and ordered before 3 P.M. (Monday-Friday)Â it will ship out on the same day. For all items that are out-of-stock, made-to-order or custom made will be shipped within 2-6 weeks depending on the item being crafted. If your order is on a tight deadline, please email us at danielleb@danielleb.com to see if there is anything we could do to expedite your order. If you have multiple items in your order, to complete the order, we will ship out once the entire order is ready.

- All international orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders ship via FedEX or DHL and are subject to additional taxes and duties.
- Calculated cost? This could be up to $500 cost!

- Overnight/ Next day shipping: 1 business day
- Same Day messenger: arrives the same day by 10 P.M. Manhattan only
- International shipping:Â up to 14 business days depending where we are shipping to
- Who is liable for the items being shipped?
- All shipments are insured for the full purchase value
- Requires that all deliveries will be made to physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- Requires an adult signature for delivery on orders above $500
- All orders above $4999.99 are upgraded to free overnight delivery for added security.
- Who is liable for shipping returns:
- We cover the domestic shipping for all returned items
- All international orders will have $35 shipping charge deducted from their refund
