Return Policy
We want Danielle B. Jewelers to add perfect emphasis to your self-expression. If that goal hasn’t been achieved, we’ve got you covered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your in-stock item purchase from Danielle B., we allow up to 14 days to return your items both in store and online for whatever reason. At Danielle B., we strive to provide unified high level of service to our customers both in store and online. Our return policy for both purchase channels is in essence the same.Â
- In store:
- All items purchased in-store could either be returned in-person or by mail by requesting us to produce you a label to send back to,

- Free returns on all in-stock orders
- Please contact danielleb@danielleb.com with your order number to process your return and receive shipping label and instructions.

Items returned that show signs of wear or damage or subject to a restocking fee based on assessment of repair.Â

Order cancelation for items, sizes and variations labeled "made to order" are subject to a 5%Â restocking fee for any order canceled within 7 days of order date.Â
- Any order canceled after 7 days is eligible for store credit only.Â
- International returns are subject to additional charges such as shipping and international duties and taxes (reduced from their refund).Â

Custom orders:
- Orders that are made for the client (not item from the website).Â

Special orders:
- Orders that deviate from our core production. I.E. different gold content, gold color, changing to different stones and colors.
- Items engraved, altered or resized

Custom orders:
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 14 days or that doesn’t meet the above requirements.Â
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. It could take up to 7 business days for them to see it posted on their credit card statements.
